Growing up in Los Angeles with a DJ father, Ambrin’s eclectic taste in music influences her writing – giving you vibes of Erykah Badu, The Fugees, and The Alabama Shakes. Ambrin’s unique dynamics fuse soulful vocals with deeply personal lyrics that draw the audience in for an intimate experience.
Ambrin has performed throughout California and Maui including venues such as Concerts in the Park Sacramento, San Francisco Pride, Sacramento Pride, Railroad Square Music Festival, HopMonk, Lagunitas, Reggae on the River, Holy Diver, Harlow's, Shady Lady, and The Russ Room. She has shared the stage with Nappy Roots, The Wailers, Martin Luther, Anuhea and was a contestant on American Idol.
